Your in-home measurement.

We swing by your place with a tape and the catalogue. We confirm the opening, the door type, and the standard size that fits. If you have already picked a design, we make sure it works on your door. If not, we narrow the catalogue down with you on the spot.

You leave with a written record of the measurements, your design and size locked in, and a fixed-price quote. No deposit, no pressure to decide on the spot.

30 to 45 minutes

We prep your insert.

Your design in your size, sealed wrought iron or leaded glass between two sheets of 3mm tempered safety glass with an argon-filled spacer bar. We get it ready and call you to book the install.

A few days

One install visit.

We come to your home, the old insert comes out, and the new one is dry-fit and sealed into your existing door. For a full replacement, your new door is hung, sealed, and fitted.

The door is ready to use as soon as we drive off. No second trip.

Two to three hours

Warranty kicks in.

Our warranty covers the sealed unit, the decorative pattern, and any door we install. We keep your build record on file in case anything ever needs attention.

If something does fail during the warranty window, you call us. We come back and handle it ourselves. No shipping the unit anywhere, no third-party rep to chase.
